Is the advice on Pukaar.ai medically safe for my baby?
QARA reasons using medical textbooks and academic research from the Indian Academy of Paediatrics (IAP) and the World Health Organisation (WHO) - the same protocols your paediatrician follows. Every response also runs through a built-in red flag check. If you describe a symptom or a sudden change in your baby's behaviour, QARA assesses the risk level and tells you clearly whether you need to see a doctor, and how urgently. Pukaar is not a diagnostic tool, and QARA will never ask you to replace your paediatrician's judgment. It makes sure you are never left guessing alone at 3am.
Is the weekly report written by AI or by a doctor?
Both, in sequence. QARA compiles your week's data and flags anomalies. Your assigned paediatrician then reviews everything, adjusts any AI interpretations, and writes the final note personally. The report you receive has been read and signed off by a doctor — not auto-generated.
What if something feels urgent mid-week?
QARA is available 24/7 and handles 80% of parental concerns immediately — because most 2am concerns are anxiety-driven, not emergencies. If QARA identifies a red flag, it escalates to your doctor. Your 2 consultation credits give you direct video access at any time. For genuine emergencies, QARA directs you to the nearest hospital.
My baby is already 3 months old. Can I still enrol?
Yes. The programme is designed for 0–6 months and most valuable when started early, but families who join at 3 months still get 3 months of weekly monitoring during a critical developmental window. Your doctor baselines your baby's measurements at enrolment and tracks from there.
Do I need to be technical to use the instruments?
Not at all. Every instrument is designed for home use. The scale has a hold function that freezes the reading when your baby wriggles. The thermometer reads in 1 second. The welcome card walks you through each one in under 5 minutes. If you can use a smartphone, you can use this kit.
